Due to the nature of personalized astrological services, we do not offer refunds once a consultation, report, or service has been delivered. However, under exceptional circumstances, such as a clear technical error or non-fulfillment of a paid service, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Conditions for Refund:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service delivery.
- Proof of purchase and details of the issue must be provided.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
2. Product Refund Policy
For physical items such as books, yantras, or figurines:
- Refunds are only applicable if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.
- The request for a refund must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Conditions for Refund:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of damage or defect (e.g., photographs) must be submitted with the refund request.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was our fault.
3. Cancellation Policy
- For Consultations or Reports: Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the service has not yet been delivered or started.
- For Products: Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

4. Non-Refundable Services and Products
The following are non-refundable:
- Services already provided (e.g., astrology reports, consultations).
- Digital products once downloaded or accessed.
- Customized items or made-to-order products like engraved yantras.

- Reason for refund/cancellation
